How to Make Tomato Amazake
How to Make Tomato Amazake

Here’s how to make tomato amazake.

Amazake is delicious on its own, but with a little creativity, you can enjoy it in a whole new way.

This time, I’m using tomato juice in my recipe.
Tomatoes contain nutrients such as vitamin A and vitamin E, but their most notable nutrient is “lycopene.”
Lycopene is said to be a nutrient with significant beauty benefits. This is because lycopene has antioxidant properties and is believed to be highly effective in preventing age spots by inhibiting melanin production.

I think it’s fair to say that amazake, a fermented beverage, and tomato juice are like beauty elixirs.
