My thoughts on drinking amazake
As I pour the amazake into a cup, a refreshing, light, sweet scent of peaches fills the air.

As soon as I take a sip, a delicate peach aroma fills my mouth. Along with the aroma, I experience a smooth texture on my tongue, along with the sweetness of the peach and the refreshing taste of the sake lees amazake.
This peach amazake offers a subtle hint of rice koji amazake flavor at the finish, along with the soft, chewy texture of the rice koji grains.
