My thoughts on drinking amazake

I poured just enough of the amazake from the large bag into a pot to make a drink.

I made it by diluting the amazake with twice as much water.

Add an equal amount of hot water, then gently stir with a ladle over low heat.

I brought it to a boil, poured it into a cup, and my amazake was ready to drink.

As soon as I took a sip, the rich flavor and sweetness of the amazake spread throughout my mouth.

This traditional amazake has a strong sweetness that lingers on the palate and contains whole grains of rice.
