Freeze-Dried
Wikipedia
Freeze-Dried (English: freeze drying) is a vacuum freeze-drying technology widely used today. It is also known as freeze-drying or cryodrying.

It also explains how to make amazake.

- How to Enjoy It
- Pour the contents of one packet into a cup.
- Pour 100 ml of boiling water into it.
- Please stir well with a spoon.
- Please be very careful not to burn yourself with hot water while cooking or eating.
- You may notice black spots on the surface of the ginger, but since they originate from the rhizome, they do not affect the quality.

Morinaga is a company engaged in the manufacturing, procurement, and sale of confectionery (such as caramel, biscuits, and chocolate), food products (such as cocoa and cake mixes), frozen desserts (such as ice cream), and health products (such as jelly drinks).

The packaging is modeled after the design of Morinaga’s red-can amazake.

The entire large bag is red, and the design featuring scattered white plum blossoms is very cute. It features an illustration of ginger amazake.

When I opened the large bag, I found individually wrapped amazake inside.

The large bag contains four bags of amazake.

When I opened the individual package, I found one packet of freeze-dried amazake inside.
My thoughts on drinking amazake

Take one freeze-dried amazake packet from the individually wrapped package and place it in a cup.

I poured 100 ml of hot water into a cup, added a spoonful, and my ginger amazake was ready to drink.

I scooped up some amazake with a spoon.

There are a few grains of rice and some julienned ginger in the amazake.

It was a type of amazake where, as soon as I took a sip, the aroma of ginger filled my mouth and I could taste the ginger flavor.

I felt the ginger flavor was a little stronger than in the ready-to-drink canned version.
