Founded in Kyoto, Japan, in 1637, the company manufactures and sells sake and liqueurs.

The package can is red and features a Koshien design.

The white section of the product name “Amazake” is shaped like a grain of rice and is designed to evoke the image of “rice extract being squeezed out in droplets.”
My thoughts on drinking amazake

The amazake poured into the cup is milky white.

The amazake poured into my cup had a sweet aroma of sake lees, but I found the scent of ginger to be more pronounced.

I scooped up some amazake with a spoon.

There are no rice grains, and it has a slightly thick consistency.

When I took a sip, the sweetness of the amazake spread through my mouth, and I could taste the spiciness of the ginger at the end.

From the scent of ginger, I thought it might have a strong ginger flavor, but when I tried it, I found it to be amazake with just the right amount of ginger flavor.
