My thoughts on drinking amazake

The color of the amazake poured into the cup is a milky white that’s closer to brown than beige.

When I took a sip, I found it to be an amazake with a smooth texture and very little of the tartness typical of brown rice, allowing me to fully savor its aroma and flavor.

Since it contained glutinous barley, I could feel a slight stickiness on my tongue. Although it was a small 150g single-serving size, it was amazake that left me feeling full after drinking it.
