“Summer Koji Tomato” is an amazake made from rice koji.

This non-alcoholic, sugar-free amazake contains bright red tomatoes that have grown while soaking up plenty of the sun’s rays.

Since the rice particles in amazake settle at the bottom, be sure to shake it well before drinking.

The amazake was 500 ml, and I enjoyed it by drinking it in several servings.

The tomatoes on the label are made to look like grains of rice using amazake made from rice koji.
