“Fluffy Meijin Made with amazake” is a limited-edition amazake rice cracker created through a collaboration between Echigo Seika and Ozeki.
This is a recreation of Ozeki Amazake as a rice cracker by Echigo Seika.
These amazake crackers are made using the powdered sake lees that are a hallmark of Ozeki Amazake.

My thoughts on eating amazake rice crackers
When I open the large bag, I find individually wrapped packages inside. The bags are semi-transparent, so I can faintly see the amazake rice crackers inside.
There are a total of 6 individually wrapped bags.
When I open the individual wrapper, the scent of ginger wafts out.
With every bite, the crisp yet fluffy texture fills my mouth with the aroma of ginger. These amazake crackers finish with a subtle hint of amazake’s natural sweetness.
Each little round cookie was so light and fluffy that I couldn’t help but eat too many.
